Check your baselines with Syncotype

Rob Goodlatte has just released a really handy bookmarklet called Syncotype to help check the vertical rhythm of the typography on a web page. Once you’ve installed it, just click the Syncotype bookmark. You’ll get a box to input the line-height and an offset from the top of the page so that Syncotype can overlay a series of horizontal lines to visualize the typographical baseline.

No more using CSS background images to check everything out!
